One of the most common questions we hear from homeowners considering a kitchen remodel is: "What does the process actually look like?" Here's exactly how Bear Cabinetry works — from the first phone call to the day we hand you your keys back.
Everything starts with a conversation. You can reach us by phone at (216) 481-9282, by filling out our online form, or by stopping into our showroom at 23560 Lakeland Blvd in Euclid during business hours (Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM, Saturday 9AM–1PM).
We schedule a free in-home consultation. One of our team members comes to your home, walks through your kitchen with you, and takes precise measurements. This consultation is completely free and carries no obligation.
After the in-home visit, our design team creates a full 3D rendering of your proposed new kitchen — a photorealistic 3D model showing exactly what your kitchen will look like with the new cabinets, including door styles, finishes, hardware, and layout. The 3D design is also free. We don't charge for design work.
Once the layout is approved, you choose the specific cabinet line, door style, finish, and hardware. Our showroom has displays and finish samples from all four of our cabinet lines — Forevermark, Jim Bishop, Kraftsman, and Marsh.
Our in-house crew arrives, starts with tear-out of your existing cabinets and countertops, hauls everything away, and installs your new cabinets. Installation typically takes one to three days. Our crew works clean and respects your home.
When installation is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you. We check every door, every drawer, every hinge. We don't consider a job done until you're satisfied. That's how we've operated for nearly 47 years.
